Our goal is to discover, articulate and deliver your
personality, your unique value and capabilities to those you wish
to serve whether they are individual consumers, current or
prospective donors, or other businesses.
Discover: We’ll work with you to understand the
scope and focus of what you want to achieve and its strategic
importance to your organization. Discovery can take many
forms including: one-on-one interviews with principal staff, board
member surveys or interviews, customer surveys, customer focus
groups, environmental scan to identify trends in the field,
competitor’s capacity and activities, SWOT analysis and more.
Articulate:: A planning process will be
initiated to craft the messages and identify delivery methods to
meet your goals and budget. Such plans are informed by the
outcome of what is learned in the discovery phase and include
specific actionable steps, responsibilities of the organization’s
members and Peacock Creative staff, budget projections, timelines,
and metrics for measuring success.
Delivery: With your approval we will move
forward to implement the plans we have created and will deliver
your messages through the venues you've selected. Whether that is
in print, online, in the media, or at an event, your campaign will
be cohesive and goal oriented!
Monitor: We will monitor timelines and
assist with data collection. Mutually we will address and
adjust plans and timelines based on our shared experiences during
this phase.
Evaluation: After action reports will
include outcomes on the metrics we identified in our planning
stage. A wrap up session will identify what worked well and
what might be improved in future operations. Peacock Creative
will include its recommendations for future refinement or
extensions of the processes implemented whether you choose to
retain us further, you choose another vendor, or you are prepared
to undertake the effort yourselves.
